With the flexability of the plugins, you will be able to control your entire system from within a single entry point and just as long as its accessible in your existing system, you can send commands and interrogate the system from one place. We are also making an interface within Microsoft Teams so that you don't need to leave Teams to issue commands or run reports (question responses can contain Text, Html, Url's or any other format of data you need)

However the main responses from the system will be spoken word.
