Some possible uses
User Manual

You could build a user manual for tasks that have a finite number of variables, for example for fixing a car there are steps that you take to identify a problem and fix it.
The Bot can ask "Please describe the symptoms of the problem" you as a user give a response. The App could then look up the symptoms from the pre-rendered questions and if for example there could be several problems that have the same symptoms it could then respond with "Which of the following are true" and speak several options, the user responds with the option(s) that is(are) applicable and the Bot knows what question(s) to ask next until you find the issue and the Bot tells you, again step by step, how to rememdy the problem. If the App is running on a tablet then along with the speech driven answers it could show diagrams through each step of the remedy.


Complex Process Interface

Now you have a business where you have skilled engineers who carry out complex processes (maybe installing something or inspecting) and you have new trainees who are trained in the job. However, as a newbee its easy to make mistakes - what if they had a Prompted process where the Bot explains what to do step-by-step, with diagrams? (and the question tree can split upon responses from the engineer - only pertinent information is given) It could also answer any questions they have regarding the work that they are carrying out.
